We understand that sometimes you just need a different size or colour. Whilst we don't offer direct exchanges, you can select our gift card option in the returns portal instead of a refund, enabling you to reorder the preferred item quickly and easily.

"Was looking forward to this as a more wearable alternative to my DryRobe Advance but found it to be very similar. Sizing didn’t help, the size charts need changing, but couldn’t see any real streamlining or changes. Returned as there is no point in having both as there are essentially the same."

"Was counting down the days until the launch, when it arrived I was disappointed right from the moment I opened the box. For £225 I expected it to be packed a bit better then screwed up in a ball. I found it odd it wasn’t wrapped in anything either. It didn’t feel any different in fit than a standard robe. Arms seem even wider that a normal robe. Needless to say it was sent straight back."

Q&A

When is it available in Europe/Germany? Why isn't there an XXL size (like for the Advance robe)?
Hey there This was launched to EU/German customers and has been so popular we've already sold out! We have an expected back in stock date of 20th May 2026, you can see this date on the product page 😊 This is only the first run of this product, and we see very little demand for our XXL size Advance, but if demand is there it's something we can consider for future drops 🤙 Many thanks Jenna
Can you confirm that the Nexus still has the same big external fleece pockets like the older Advance model does (for storage room and warming your hands)? Does it combine the reach-through part with the push buttons or is the pocket zipper now just a reach-through hole without actual fleece pockets? It's poorly presented and described on the product page and hard to see in the video. It appears to have lost the storage pockets and instead the pocket zipper now just seems to act as a hole for the reach-through feature. Can you clear this up please?
