As well as keeping your cold drinks cold and your hot drinks hot, each Ocean Bottle funds the collection of 11.4kg of ocean-bound plastic, the equivalent of 1,000 plastic bottles.

Made from double-wall vacuum-insulated stainless steel and recycled materials, it won't leak or sweat and is 100% dishwasher safe.

Built to last, every Ocean Bottle comes with a 10-year repair and replacement scheme that covers manufacturing defects and parts that have been accidentally broken.

We hope that you are happy with your purchase from us, but understand if you need to return your item(s). We can offer a refund on items returned in an unworn condition with the tags intact within 28 days of delivery.

We understand that many of your purchases will be Christmas gifts. To help you shop with confidence, any orders placed from November 1st can be returned or exchanged until January 31, 2026, just in case it wasn't quite right.

We offer free EU delivery on orders over €50. Tracked delivery under €50 costs €7 (excludes Greece). There are free returns for the Republic of Ireland, Germany, Austria and France.


For Sweden there is free delivery for orders over kr565 and free returns.

Are returns free?

We offer free trackable returns if you are in UK, Canada, the Republic of Ireland Germany, Austria, France and Sweden. We offer subsidised returns to other locations, find out more on our Delivery and Returns page.
Can I cancel or amend my order once it's placed?

It is not possible to amend an order once it has been placed.
Do I pay for shipping?

Do you offer exchanges?

We understand that sometimes you just need a different size or colour. Whilst we don't offer direct exchanges, you can select our gift card option in the returns portal instead of a refund, enabling you to reorder the preferred item quickly and easily.
