It is not possible to amend an order once it has been placed.

Can I exchange my item for a different size or colour?

We understand that sometimes you just need a different size or colour. Whilst we don't offer direct exchanges, you can select our gift card option in the returns portal instead of a refund, enabling you to reorder the preferred item quickly and easily.

When will I receive my delivery?

Do I pay for shipping?

We offer free shipping if you are in the UK and Canada. We offer free EU delivery on orders over €50. For Sweden there is free delivery for orders over kr565.

Kann ich meinen Dryrobe® selbst besticken oder das von meinem Stickereiatelier vor Ort machen lassen?

Ja, der Dryrobe® hat einen versteckten Reißverschluss innen unter dem rechten Arm, über den es möglich ist, zwischen das Außenmaterial und das Fleece-Futter zu gelangen. Bitte sorge dafür, dass dein Stickereiatelier vor Ort nur das Außenmaterial bestickt und die Stickerei mit einer wasserfesten Unterlage versieht.

Wir können keine Erstattungen für personalisierte Kleidungsstücke leisten, es sei denn, sie sind fehlerhaft.

Wie lang dauert eine personalisierte Ausführung meines Dryrobe®?

Bestellungen für personalisierte Dryrobe® Produkte dauern meist 2–3 Wochen.

Gibt es Rabatt?

Wir machen keine generellen Schlussverkäufe oder Nachlässe zu bestimmten Zeiten des Jahres, weil wir an den Wert unseres Produktes als Investition in ein hochwertiges Ausstattungsteil überzeugt sind. Wir können aber 10 % Rabatt geben, wenn du Student, dienendes Mitglied der britischen Streitkräfte, des britischen NHS oder Notfalldienstpersonals bist und einen gültigen Ausweis vorlegst. Under this guarantee, we will replace products free of charge due to defects in workmanship and/or materials so you can keep getting out there and doing the things you love!

Is the Dryrobe® advance fully waterproof?

Yes, the Dryrobe® advance is 100% waterproof and 100% windproof.

I think my zip is faulty

The Dryrobe® Advance features a chunky YKK® two-way reversible zip, which enables you to operate it with your arms either inside or outside of the change robe. You can also partially un-zip it from the bottom to allow more movement if needed for changing, walking, sitting or driving. There’s also an easy to grab, branded pull tag too.

How to operate when closing

1. Pull the upper slider down until it touches the bottom slider.
2. Insert the separable pin to the very bottom slider. Make sure it’s completely inserted.
3. Pull up the upper slider to close the zip.

How to operate when opening

1. Completely pull down the top slider until it touches the bottom slider.
2. Gently pull out the separable pin.

I can’t seem to find the colour I want in the size and style I would like. What should I do?

We don't make every size in every colourway. The long sleeve has a wider range of colour options compared to Easy-Fit. If you select the Dryrobe® style you would like on our website, this will reveal the range of colours and available sizes.

Will the car seat cover fit my XL van/ swivel chair/ captain seats?

Our car seat covers usually do fit captain seats and swivel chairs, the covers fit quite snug around the base as they are elasticated and have velcro straps too.
