Der Dryrobe® Adapt wurde entworfen, um jeden Athleten warm und trocken zu halten. Er ist ein wirklich einzigartiges Kleidungsstück mit einem Oberteil und einem Unterteil, die man mit einem Reißverschluss zusammenfügen kann, um sich vor den Elementen zu schützen.

Das abnehmbare Unterteil des Dryrobe® Adapt kann in kälteren Klimazonen als ‚Schlafsack‘ getragen werden, und das Oberteil an wärmeren Tagen auch als Jacke dienen. Außenseite und Innenfutter sind aus den gleichen leistungsstarken, zu 100 % recycelten Materialien gemacht wie der dryrobe® Advance.

Bitte beachte, dass der Dryrobe® Adapt eher als langer Mantel gedacht ist denn als Umkleidemantel.

"Very warm great zip system, for wheelchair people Suggestion. Would be nice to have similar pattern style, but as a mackintosh say waterproof lighterweight fabric for wet weather in summer , say shopping , travelling etc. Think most of us would buy that version as well as nobody else doing anything other than jackets , ponchos etc then our knees legs feet get wet. .. .... compression bag per each piece would also help storage on wheelchair travelling when space tight"

Fantastic warm, weatherproof, adaptable Dryrobe

"The Adapt Dryrobe is amazing. It’s lovely and warm and the idea of it being split is so functional for wheelchair use. Much better for me in a wheelchair than my original Dryrobe Advance. My only issue is it is meant to come with a bag but this one did not and I’m still waiting for this to be rectified."

If your a wheelchair user, this is a game changer!

"I’ve been using my Dry Robe for a few months now, and I can’t imagine life without it. I use it weekly for open water swimming, and now, during the season, for warmth between water skiing sessions. The long fit and ease of movement around the arms and pelvis work really well. The feature that allows separating the top and bottom and protects the wheelchair cushion from water damage is fantastic—no more wet bottoms or backs after water sports. Tip: Measure yourself carefully and remeasure! You’ll love it. I only wish it came in different colours."

A great prototype- with more research it will be perfect.

"I bought this for my son who is a full-time wheelchair user. Things I love- the overall idea, the way the top and bottom zip together, the warmth. Things that would make it even better- different sizes and colours, a zip rather than draw string on the bottom, or for the draw string to go tighter to stop cold air entering. an option of strap adaptation so that the straps can go under the coat and not on top- due to the bulkiness this then leaves too much room for the person inside reducing the support from the lap belt and 4-point chest harness, small holes in the seams on the shoulders and sides would allow for the straps to go inside. double zips on all sections would give more options for access to people with feeding tubes, stomas etc. Things I don't like- the grey inside, it looks like it's old and been through a washing machine and discoloured the white inside. Overall, it is a great idea, quality is good as expected of a Dryrobe but improvements could be made to make it more versatile and suitable for a larger range of wheelchair users."

Excellent adaption of your product

"Excellent adaption of your product for disabled use. Warm , waterproof sizing accurate, on users who use slings and hoists waterproof fabric is slippy but we use ours without a sling. The ability to separate the coat section from the leg is also invaluable fabulous product just would like to see more colours now. Thank you for an inclusive product"

Lovely, really warm and dry.

"I’d been searching for a while for something that would keep me both warm and dry whilst I was out walking my dog. I’d tried another adapted range but it wasn’t suitable for me. When I found this adapted range I was so pleased and excited to try it out. It really was what I’d been looking for, -warm but able to easily open if i should get warm -really dry and I didn’t get a puddle in my lap if it was raining at all - easy enough to get on (I found the easiest way was to get into my bed and roll on one side tuck it under me then roll into it). - it looks nice, I had so many people complement me whilst wearing it. - easy enough to remove whilst in me wheelchair. I’m so pleased with it and whilst it was a little expensive it’s very well made and I hope to get many winters use out of it. The only downside side is that it states that it can only be hans washed, thank goodness my machine has a handwashing cycle because there is so much of it that I’d never be able to wash it."

"I bought the adapt for my husband who is a wheelchair user. After much research, and positive reviews I thought I’d give it a go. He’s very hard to please but surprisingly, he’s had nothing but positive comments! He no longer is cold on walks, it keeps him warm and dry down to his ankles. The price is a bit steep but knowing that it won’t go in the sale, and the thought and care put behind the adapt is worth every penny! I bought it for Christmas but if I had known…I would have asked for it to be VAT free but we are new to the disability world. I would highly recommend the adapt."
