Are returns free?

Can I cancel or amend my order once it's placed?

It is not possible to amend an order once it has been placed.
Can I change inside the Dryrobe® Waterproof Parka like the classic Dryrobe® Advance?

No. Unlike the signature oversized change robe design, the Waterproof Parka is built with a conventional coat fit and a tailored silhouette intended for everyday wear rather than changing underneath.
Do I pay for shipping?

Do you offer exchanges?

We understand that sometimes you just need a different size or colour. Whilst we don't offer direct exchanges, you can select our gift card option in the returns portal instead of a refund, enabling you to reorder the preferred item quickly and easily.
How does the sizing compare to the Dryrobe® Advance?

The Parka provides a regular, slim-line jacket fit in sizes XS to XL. While the Advance robe is intentionally oversized to accommodate changing, you should select your standard coat size for the Parka based on chest and dress size measurements.
Is the Waterproof Parka as warm as the Dryrobe® Advance change robe?

The Parka uses a 265gsm recycled Sherpa fleece body lining paired with 200gsm Polar fleece sleeve lining. It delivers tailored warmth (rated 7/10 compared to the Advance's 9/10), making it ideal for daily active wear, dog walks, and sideline spectating.
What pocket storage is included?

It features fleece-lined zipped hip pockets for warming hands and two internal YKK-zipped gadget pockets for secure phone or wallet storage.
When will I receive my delivery?
