Statutory notice concerning cancellation rights and right of return
-
Right of cancellation/withdrawal: you shall be entitled to cancel the contract within (14) fourteen days (“consideration period”) without any requirement to state reasons. The cancellation period shall extend to 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party designated by you other than a carrier) took possession of the goods (or when ordering several goods that were delivered separately: with possession of the last good). In order to exercise the right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the contract by an unequivocal declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, a fax or an email). The deadline for cancellation shall be deemed to have been complied with if you dispatch the notice stating its intention to exercise the right of cancellation prior to expiry of the cancellation period.
-
Standard cancellation form: If you would like to cancel the contract, please check our return policy at: https://dryrobe.com/pages/returns. On that page the following instructions are described in case of returns:
-
Please fill in and enclose the returns form. This is required in case the delivery label becomes unreadable in transit.
-
When you're ready to return, select “create a return” at: https://dryrobe.com/pages/returns.
-
Enter your Order number and delivery postcode/email address then choose the items to return.
-
Choose your most convenient return method. Print your personalised return label or generate a QR code to scan in store.
-
Return your parcel at your nearest drop-off point or arrange a collection from your chosen courier (where service is offered).
-
Consequences of cancellation: If you cancel the contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the delivery charges (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the selection of another form of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and no later than (14) fourteen days after that on which notification of your cancellation of this contract was received by us. We shall process the repayment using the same payment method which you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. We may refuse to make repayment until we have received back the goods or, if earlier, until you have furnished proof that you have sent back the goods. You shall send back the goods or surrender them to us promptly and under all circumstances within (14) fourteen days of the day on which you gave notice to us of the cancellation of this contract. -
You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the product as outlined in the delivery and returns page. If we have not indicated that you have to bear these costs or if we have indicated that we are to bear the costs ourselves, you do not have to bear the costs of returning the goods.

You will return the product with all accessories, if reasonably possible in its original state and packaging, and in accordance with the reasonable and clear instructions provided by dryrobe Europe B.V..
-
In addition to the statutory right of cancellation, we grant a voluntary right of return on items in an unworn condition up to 28 days after receipt of goods. The prerequisite for exercising the right of return is, however, that the goods have only been worn/tried for fitting, as in a retail shop, and that the goods are returned complete, in their original condition, undamaged and in the original sales packaging. In case of return, the return label enclosed with the Order can be used. We shall process the repayment using the same payment method which you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Your statutory right of cancellation is not affected by compliance with our rules on the supplementary contractually granted right of return and remains in force independently of this. Until the expiry of the period for the statutory right of revocation, only the statutory conditions listed there apply.
-
The foregoing paragraphs do not limit the right and remedies that you have under applicable legislation in case of non-conformity of our goods or services.
-
Your obligations during the consideration period
-
During the consideration period as referred to in article 5.1, you shall handle the product and packaging with care. The offer will state this link to fluctuating prices and the fact that any stated prices are for guidance purposes.
-
Price increases within three (3) months of entering into the contract are only permitted if they are the result of statutory regulations or stipulations. If the price is increased and charged within three (3) months after the conclusion of the contract, you have the option to dissolve the contract.
-
The prices of goods or services stated in the offer are including VAT at the applicable rate.
