Being a Certified B Corp™ isn’t just a badge to stick on our website; it’s a rigorous, third-party audit of our entire business model. As we celebrate B Corp Month, it’s the perfect time to look under the bonnet at what drives us here at Dryrobe®.

In 2025, we successfully recertified as a B Corp with a score of 120.2 points, an epic 10-point increase from our 2022 assessment. To put that into perspective: our new score places us 50% above the B Corp qualifying threshold and 49% ahead of our sector average. We aren’t interested in the status quo. We are out there to prove that a business can thrive while meeting independently verified social and environmental performance standards.

Governance
We believe you can’t manage what you don’t measure. Our highest-scoring area, Governance, came in 130% higher than our sector average. This reflects our relentless commitment to radical transparency: we voluntarily share our environmental and social performance publicly, right alongside our financial performance and ownership structure. Internally, we keep this culture alive by regularly sharing financial performance data with every single member of the Dryrobe® team during our company-wide meet ups.

Workers
Our team is the engine driving our mission to leave a lighter footprint. In our latest Productivity and Engagement survey, the stoke was high with an 85% engagement rate. We support our 50 employees through genuine flex-time schedules, allowing our crew the absolute freedom to vary their start and stop times to suit their lives outside of work. Because let's face it, a healthy work-life balance is fuel for a happy and productive team.
Community
Our commitment to the community is built straight into our bottom line. We scored 105% higher than our sector average in this category, largely driven by our donation of over 1% of revenue to charities and non-profit organisations. In 2025, this included financial and in-kind support for local legends like Earth Action North Devon, Seaful, and the Devon Environmental Foundation.
The impact is deeply personal, too: 63% of our staff utilised their fully paid volunteer days to get hands-on and support causes close to their hearts. We hold our supply chain to the exact same standard, with 100% of suppliers adhering to our Code of Conduct and undergoing strict third-party risk assessments.

Environment
We back up our environmental claims with solid third-party verification. Every fabric in our range carries a social or environmental certification, including GRS (Global Recycled Standard), GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard), and OEKO-TEX. Our core range is finished with PFC-free DWR, delivering elite weather protection using PFC-free DWR, eliminating these specific persistent chemicals from our finishing process.
To ensure we are making data-led decisions, our core products now have Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) to measure their specific carbon footprint from cradle to gate.

A Dryrobe® changing robe is an investment, and we treat it like one. We protect our customers through comprehensive product guarantees and warranties on all our gear. To remain fully accountable to the people who use our robes out in the wild, we continuously monitor satisfaction levels and share the results publicly, ensuring our community knows exactly how we’re performing.

Becoming B Corp Certified is one thing, but continuing to better ourselves and meet higher standards is another. Companies with B Corp status must verify every three years, which we use to track our performance, meet more goals, and uphold our standards for social and environmental impact.
